Lifetree Convergence Ltd (CMMI Level 3 Version 1.2 certified company) is a global software company providing IT solutions to manage all customer touch points of a telecom service provider. Our flagship product for Billing/OSS is @Billity, around which are woven integrated applications for Interconnect, E billing, VAS platforms and an integrated Customer Care framework, Concierge.

Lifetree’s solutions have been deployed across industries including communication service providers, banks, retailers and media and entertainment companies. We have successfully completed several implementations across markets spanning Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Lifetree was incubated by telecom industry stalwarts, Richard Siemens, founder of Hutchison Telecom & Orange and Craig Erlich, the chairman of the GSM Congress. The company is headquartered in New Delhi, with its software development centers in New Delhi and Bangalore.
