Client context:
Our client is India’s leading fixed line and GSM telephone operator in the political and financial capitals, Delhi and Mumbai respectively. The company acquired CDMA licenses to launch CDMA services in the two cities.

The client required a convergent customer care and billing system that would address handling of CDMA services as well as help them maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Client context:
Our client, a multi service operator in Brunei, offers GSM & GPRS services as well as Trunk Radio, Direct to Home (DTH) television, pay phone, ISP and leased line services. The company was preparing to introduce 3G and enhanced prepaid services through an upgraded IN system.

The client’s existing billing system did not support convergent services, and this was a major impediment for them, as they had a growing portfolio of offerings.
