@Billity™ provides the following standard operations support functions:
@Billity™ offers the flexibility to provide either one consolidated convergent bill or service wise details. The system has invoice production features for both retail and wholesale businesses including flexible formatting multi-location and multi product account reports and invoices.
@Billity’s™ rating module enables flexible, online rating. It helps the operator roll out services quickly, as well as use differential pricin. Tariff plans supporting different charges (e.g. minimum, recurring one-time, future), discounts and incentives can be set up. You can offer convergent packages to your customers by bundling products and services. The version control and tariff history features help manage the complexity arising from multifarious pricing packages.
@Billity™ allows you to offer your customer multiple modes of payment such as Auto Debit, Credit Card, Cash, Cheque or Payment in advance. This module also manages transfer of payments such as transfer between accounts/dealers/partners.
This module allows you to set credit limits and consequent action items for all your customer groups. Also, different services under the same customer account can be set different thresholds. In addition, credit control rules and action items can be varied according to customer segment. Automated actions and alerts and auto-generation of credit letters/emails/messages further aid in managing various customer segments.
By tracking your receivables on various dimensions, this module helps you accelerate collections and manage credit. This module can handle multiple collection agents, bad debt recovery processes and has a provision for writing-off of outstanding amounts.
A number of standard reports are included, providing operational, management and decision support information for various functions. These include reports on customer usage, collections status and inventory. The ‘Dashboard’ presents key statistics such as number of subscriber activations, number of disconnections and collection information. This up-to-date “snapshot” of the business aids you in decision-making.
By managing stock of SIMs, Mobile numbers, handsets and Scratch Cards, ISP CD ROMs etc and distribution of SIMs, ISP CD ROMs etc to retail, @Billity™ helps you in damaged/Lost SIM’s and Scratch cards Management.

- Churn reporting
The Churn Management module of @Billity™ records churn details, aids in follow up on subscribers and generates reports to aid in decision-making.

- Loyalty Management

Invoice views, details of usage and financial transactions, dispute tracking and history are presented in a user-friendly web interface to enable CSR’s manage customer calls better.
- Prospect Management
The module can capture details of prospects, check if the prospect is an existing subscriber and after qualification by user-defined parameters, set this on the escalation path. Prospects data can be uploaded to the operator’s tele-calling system to track the calls made by the prospects.
- Best retail plan
The best rate plan advice module of @Billity™ allows you to calculate the rate plan most suitable for both existing subscribers and prospects. Your sales and marketing department and customer care executives would benefit most from this module.
- Discounts & Schemes
Discounts can be based on parameters such as different time zones (for example – peak/off-peak), call type (incoming, outgoing, etc) and usage. There can also be profile based discounts and group discounts. The system supports such complex parameters and more.

- EBPP
eBill receives input in a standard pre-defined form of ASCII /spool files or XML format from the billing system and generates paper and electronic bills after processing and rendering. - Self Care
eCare, Lifetree’s web based self -care solution, provides access to internal users on the intranet and to subscribers on the internet. All key functions such as enrolment, access to account / Billing Information, service provisioning, query reporting can be done through this.
