Corporate Social Responsibility
Lifetree Kids
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, we have created Lifetree Foundation. Its main charter is to promote education and learning, especially for the underprivileged.
Lifetree Kids is a project run with the help of an NGO ‘Scope Plus’. Lifetree has taken responsibility for the education of 15 children, mainly girls, from underprivileged families. These children receive a monthly allowance for educational assistance expense outside regular schooling. This gives the children essential opportunities to hone their academic skills.
They also gain through career counselling, remedial education and personality development.
Scope Plus is a non-profit organization. Their activities include: promoting literacy in slums, education assistance for poor children and school dropouts and empowering women by imparting literacy skills, vocational training and legal knowledge.
