Atul is an Investment Banker with over 15 years of experience. He started his career in investment banking as a bond dealer with a leading brokerage firm. After setting up the money market desk, he moved on to create the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) desk for the firm and in a short span this became the largest institutional placement practice (IPP) in Northern India.
Atul structured, advised and syndicated several private placement transactions in diverse areas such as Telecommunications, Automobiles, Textiles, Steels and Chemicals and led various road shows for this purpose in Asia, Europe and the US.
Atul also created the Project Finance and Advisory Practice and won the advisory mandate from an IPP who was setting up a fast track coal based power plant in Eastern India. Atul had the distinction of securing M&A mandates from three Fortune 10 Telcos. He structured the first M&A in the Telecom sector as well as advised in subsequent bidding for mobile services.
Before forming Lifetree, he had created a financial advisory boutique and secured some of the best mandates across India, Hong Kong, Latin America and Africa in the telecom, media and infrastructure sectors.
Atul has also handled the Corporate Finance function for a renowned Industrial group for about 2 years. He is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer by training.

Naim has over 25 years of experience in software development and project management. Throughout his career he has been instrumental in building products. As CTO, his mandate is defining and engineering Lifetree’s advanced products.
He has worked on projects relating to billing systems for telcos, electronic bill presentation and e-commerce, hospital management systems, production management systems, financial accounting and inventory management.
Naim has done his Masters in OR from the US and has also worked there before moving to India.

Atul, a chartered accountant, has been with Lifetree since inception as part of the founder team. His area of specialization is corporate finance and project finance and he is responsible for the finance, accounts, secretarial, legal and commercial functions at Lifetree.
He has the distinction of having worked on and successfully closed a unique mezzanine capital transaction for a telecom company at a time when mezzanine capital structure was new in India. Atul has worked with large corporate entities including DLF group and Thapar group, where he was responsible for raising short term and long term funds from domestic as well as international capital providers.

Nandini has over 19 years of experience in HRM. Nandini has worked as Head of HR for Convergys, India, where she was responsible for setting up the entire HR function and growing employee strength from 0 to 10,000 in 39 months. She has also worked as Director of HR of a start-up call center and an IT company and as Director of HR for Hyatt Regency, Delhi.
Nandini has an excellent exposure in dealing with employees from cross-cultural backgrounds and working in the global business environment.

Mark has over 19 years’ experience in the ICT industry, covering core areas of Telco BSS/OSS - CRM, Provisioning, Mediation, Rating, Billing, Online Charging and Revenue Assurance.
Prior to joining Lifetree, Mark was Executive Sales Director, APAC (BSS/OSS) at SITRONICS Telecom Solutions in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His earlier stint was at Logica CMG Asia as Senior Business Consultant & Solution Architect in the Telecoms Systems Integration & Solutions Business Unit. Mark has also worked with LHS Asia Pacific and Singapore Telecom International, UK.
