The client is the pioneer in mobile services in the whole of the southern hemisphere and is one of the large telecommunications companies in Mauritius. As part of their goal to offer superior customer service, the client wanted to launch a mobile self care portal that would enable customers to manage their own accounts over SMS or WAP.

Lifetree’s Mobile Portal solution was integrated with the client’s SMSC, WAP gateways and billing system. Thus, Lifetree’s solution enabled end users to perform the following tasks over SMS and WAP:
