Implementation methodology
The key highlight of our implementation is that it embeds an off-shore delivery model based in India that offers cost optimisation. We have a ISO 9001:2000 certified process for consistent delivery. A typical implementation cycle has the following stages : SRS/GAP Study, offsite configuration/customisation, delivery, training, UAT/Post cut-over support, Warranty/AMC
Licensing framework
Lifetree offers a modular licensing framework for all its products. Standard interfaces to popular third party systems (SAP, IFS, Sage) and standard, out-of-box APIs are also available.
After sale support
Lifetree has evolved after sales support processes in place to assist customers:
- Warranty Support (Telephone, Email, Remote Login, Onsite options available)
- AMC with enhanced support options
- Standard Service Levels agreement provided with AMC
- Upgrade Policy for Major, Point & Maintenance releases
