CCP integrates your disparate 'stand alone' backend systems by providing a SOA based "wrapper around your existing systems that gives the much-needed consolidated single view of customer data to users.

Self Care Portal has two components, ZipCare™,a comprehensive self-care system and ZipBill™,an electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solution.
- Mobile Portal
The mobile portal enables you to extend web- based self care services to handsets thus taking information accessibility to the next level.
