Zipbill’s™ function is to enable service providers to manage several billing formats from the same application. Multiple options of delivery such as fax, e-mails are enabled. In effect, Zipbill™ may be thought of as performing “electronic stapling”- it enables a service provider to provide multi format bills as well as aggregated bills for several services availed by a customer.
Zipbill's™ core engine converts and processes inputs from various sources into a structured XML format for archival and repurposing. Zipbill™ can handle CSV, PDF, ASCII, WML, CHTML and XML formats besides the default HTML format. You can thus offer your customers e-bills in various formats as per your requirement.
You can offer your customers online bill presentment through the internet or offline bill delivery to the mailbox using this module.
You can offer your customers added service in the form of bill payment reminders and bill delivery notifications via SMS or email.

This is a rules based ad engine for targeted marketing. It enables you to insert advertisements in e-bills based on customer profiles. You can create ad rules based on selected parameters in the bill data such as bill amount, bill date, tariff, city, state, zip code, etc. Your advertisement could have pictures, logos, text or a combination of all in gif/jpg/swf formats. You can also hyperlink the advertisement to a desired URL to track effectiveness.
