Zipcare™ is a web-based portal that allows you to offer self care facility to your customers and partners.
Zipcare’s™ functionality empowers the customer to handle a variety of functions, ranging from account related changes, account status verifications and service plan changes, with ease.

You can enable your customers to sign-up for self-care services; they will be issued a user ID and password. This service can be extended to both existing and prospective customers.
Your customers would be able to manage their account and billing information; details such as such as deposits, credit limits, invoice details would be accessible. Modifying details such as billing address and change of tariff plans could be done effortlessly.
Your customers would be able to activate new VAS services and de-activate existing ones online. Introduction of new services is easier.
ZipCare™ works with the complaint resolution/ trouble ticket module of the billing system. The customer query can be captured in great detail. Customers would also be able to track the status of the queries submitted.
ZipCare™ can interface with the loyalty points module of the billing system to fetch and pass on information. Customers will be able to view information such as total loyalty points, redeemable loyalty points and redeemed loyalty points online.
ZipCare™ is pre-integrated seamlessly with ZipBill™ to give customers a host of e-billing features such as HTML/PDF bills, Bill Analysis, Notifications and e-bills by e-mail. Read more
